The MS9331C is a HDMI retimer IC that supports a signaling rate up to 3.0Gbps and I2S & SPDIF output. At 3Gbps, the MS9331C can support 4K x 2K@30Hz and 4K x 2K(YCbCr420)@60Hz resolution of HDMI input signals, while supporting 10/12/16 bit Deep Color. HDMI input clock and data recovery function can adapt to different degrees of different quality wire, so that the TMDS signal transmission at high rates always has the best performance. HDMI output with signal pre-emphasis function, can support long-line transmission. The chip also supports on-chip EDID Memory.
